AnswersWhat is a license file?A license file is a file containing information about which editions of S-Base (Personal, Developer, S-Net, etc.) you own and contains other information S-Base needs to start correctly. It also contains your name and company name, as well as your S-Base serial number. The license file is called 'bincfg' and is located inside the application directory (!S-Base.bincfg or !S-Net.bincfg for example). When you download a new version of S-Base you will need to obtain a new license file for it. This will be sent to you automatically when the upgrade becomes available, provided you are registered on this site.You should copy this license file into the !S-Base or !S-Net directory as required. You may see the following errors:
I think I've found a bug - what should I do?If you find a bug in S-Base, report it by sending an email to the S-Base group (s-base@egroups.com). This will alert others to the problem, and perhaps someone will have a solution. Bluewater keeps track of messages on the list and may contact you directly if the problem cannot be easily repeated and corrected. If the bug is causing you critical problems, please send an email to s-base at bluewatersys com and request a new version.
